aRes tickets - Good or Bad?

I was looking on mousesavers for discounts and they happened to recommend aRes Travel for ticket discounts...Can get a 3 day PH + free day for $265 (savings of approx $25)..Im just a tad worried about purchasing though since I only ever buy my tickets straight from Disney...

Has anyone had any experience with them good or bad they can share?

We have used Ares for Disney tickets 4 times with no problem. We found out about them through mousesavers as well. We used The Ares 4 day for price of 3 for our trip last week. We printed out a voucher which we took to the ticket window to get our actual tickets. I have also used Ares for hotels in San Diego and have found them completely reliable.

We are using them for the first time for our trip in July. They were cheaper than my discount from Tickets at Work. Right after I purchased the tickets, I received my voucher. Haven't exchanged it yet for tickets but so far, so good!

You can print them out at home? Then you take them to the ticket window, or right to the gate?

With aRes we did not print out actual tickets. Instead we printed a "voucher" which had our names on it. We took this voucher to the ticket window to get our actual park hopper tickets. We did this the day we arrived so we were ready to go for our first day in the park the following day. You need to enter everybody's name when you purchase the tickets online and then they checked our I.D.'s when we picked them up (obviously kids don't need I.D.).

Here are the instructions that were on our voucher:
Guests may pick up their tickets at any main entrance ticket window. Personal photo identification will be required. If you are a guest at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel (Disneyland® Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa, or Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel), you may pick up your tickets upon check-in. Guests staying at all other hotels present your Quick Order Pickup confirmation and photo identification at any main entrance ticket window of the Disneyland® Resort. Parking is not included with your Disneyland® ticket. For questions or park hours please call 714-781-7290. Ticket expires 13 days after first use.
