ARES got rid of some character meal vouchers?!?

Looks like you can only purchase vouchers for Ariel's lunch or dinner & all 3 meals (same price) at Goofy's. I wonder why

I saw the same thing on a costco offer I looked up earlier. they threw in a "Premium Character Dining" meal but it was only at one of those 2 locations. Maybe the others are too busy to fuss with the vouchers.
