I think you have a wonderful approach and attitude toward Disney dining! You approach it like an adventure!

It IS an adventure!

I really believe it is one of the things that makes a Disney vacation so incredibly unique...they make an effort to offer a wide variety of dining experiences from theming to cuisine to characters to entertainment...and it is all so accessible during your vacation...and it is all so easily researched before your vacation...how cool is that?

Dining is just one more variable in the Disney vacation package that can make each and every trip to the World unique...it keeps us coming back for more...

I am so encouraged by everyone posting that others are similarly minded...we had one repeat ourselves from last trip to the most recent...and that wasn't necessarily by choice, but based more on availability and necessary location...repeats aren't bad...but to do the same thing over and over...

I agree with the PP that talked about the Germany restaurant...and I must admit that at first glance it doesn't seem like a winner to me either...but I saw someone's review that showed the stage show and the guys blowing the big huge horns...and I thought to myself...I gotta see that...that looks like fun...so now...I DO want to go to Germany...

I think there are surprises around every corner...and I can't wait to discover them all!

We have eaten at every restaurant (TS and CS) several times (!) except:

Victoria and Alberts (want to go there this December)
Biergarten
Akershus
Turf Club
Big River Grill
Shutters
Maya Grill
Hoop Dee Doo (!)
Manginos
Garden Grove
Kimonos (really want to go here)
Il Mulino
All Stars food court

I should also add that although I've eaten at all but two places that I made ADR's at, that my mom is going with me, and they are all first-times for her, and I wanted to take her to all of my favorites; Boma, Le Cellier, Brown Derby, Kona, Crystal Palace, Ohana, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, and Akershus. The only two that are new for me, (and my mom too,) are Chef Mickey's and Flying Fish.
