We are thinking of buying a home or townhome in the Disney area. We may make a direct move down there after this school year as the oldest finishes High School and the youngest will just be starting High School.
Another option we leaning towards first is buying one that we can rent for most of the year(saving a few weeks for ourselves) and trying to use any rental possible rental income/extra rental income to pay down the mortgage.
So we are looking for an area close enough to Disney to rent, but one that would be an area where we can actually live that won't be complete rental properties.
Safety, crime rate, ect.. are of course issues.
We are trying to stay at about $200,000 or under but we can go higher, but prefer to go as low as we can just in case we do carry it as a second property.
We have rented in the Emerald Island and Wyndam areas and like that. I have found a few nice deals on Townhomes at a few areas in what I think is Davenport, Citrus Ridge area I think it's called. Also, how is Clermont north of 192 on Rt 27?
Any help or opinions would be appreciated.
