Are your party's credits linked or is it individually

We've never done the plan before. Tried to do a search, but it wouldn't work....

Are everyone's credits linked together on each person's KTTW card in your party or are just your credits on your card.

In other words do we have to hand the waiter all 4 cards or take all 4 cards up to the counter?

Right now all credits are pooled per room so all credits are on all cards.

You need only present 1 card to the wait person.

You only need to present one card. But you can separate your party and any card will work. My DD18 and her boyfriend would go off on their own and use one of their cards to get either a snack or CS. No problems.

My son is staying in a room with his aunt & uncle. This is considered a grand gathering there is 8 split in 2 rooms. We would like to have his dining credits with ours even though he is not staying in our room is that possible. We won't be eating at the same place as the other family all the time. Anybody know anything about this?

We did something similar, we were a grand gathering and I had all the kids in my room. However, the children (who had the meal plan) had their own cards (without charging privilages) so if they were going to be w/ someone else for a meal that adult took the childs room key to use his credit. Worked fine as long as we didn't forget.

One day I forgot and my cousin used an adult credit at POP for the childs meal, so I gave the other card to my uncle to use for his meal while the ladies when to tea at GF - they gave him a bit of a hard time but once he explained what had happened they were okay w/ it.
