ok to start ill warn you mine contradicts the original post but i am not sick of not finding it im sick of having to find it cant we protest and do away with that step ??? LOL or even better lets go ahead and do away with the 85 ghosts you need what makes the green car sso dang special anyway LOL

That is something I have been asking myself! lol. Then, the answer came to me. Maybe it isn't the green car everyone is after, but rather the challenge of completing something that to most, appear to be impossible. Maybe, just maybe, we want to do something that sets us higher than before. Is it really the green car, or is it the thought of having something that only a few people have? Or maybe, it isn't even about either, perhaps it is just wanting to succeed at something so difficult, that a feeling of accomplishment is obtained. I suppose the questions could go on for a life time, however, I doubt that for some, it is about riding 5 seconds in a small green car...

This reminds me of when Furbies made their first ever debut in stores lol. I was in fourth grade and everyone just HAD to have the thing. I remember for Christmas I recieved one and word let out in the school that I did. People I never talked to all of a sudden wanted to chat endlessly with me. lol it was crazy. Hmm...I often wonder if that is the kind of attention some people want when going for this green car. I am sure more people than most of us are aware of do. Maybe even we are looking for that attention but fail to acknowledge it! lol hmm...

News Flash ....... Guess who has to go back to ghosts again ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is so unfair. I know where the atom is but the window will not pop up and say I got it. Say sorry. Come on. There should be a default here. Well I average 530 credits catching goes for the 85 amount times ten 5,300 of credits still trying to get past the atoms. If I keep going at this rate I will have payed off the generator in no time

This is just my opinion and I know of a few others . I have helped several people reach the quest of 85 ghosts. I have chosen to not continue that quest since the goal in Fireworks of 280,000 is almost impossible. I have had quests reset while I was in the middle of it and I would not be surprised if this quest does not change sooner or later. If you know that you cannot beat the fireworks goal of 280,000, then do not even bother going after the ghosts. Wait till it is reset. I know that maybe when heck freezes over, but hey I love my Yellow Truck and it is faster than the green car.

You have to get 85 ghosts, not other people, purely ghosts. Turn into a bat, go to the Tomorrowland Monorail station and then find five atoms.

You mean you must have bat magic before doing the atoms? If so I definitely won't bother going any further. Finally managing 85 ghosts and then being told I need bat magic...I would cry!

Fortunately I was one of the lucky few who perfomed the green quest before the infamous "Change of 04/06", actually it was the "Evening Change of 04/06" as I did the quest in the morning......even so I agree with the sentiments of, "What is so special about this thing" For those who have the pin, it is not like we can trade it for Inferno or something like that. Basically I have a pin that if I choose to use, I get yelled at by my friends for being a "Show-off". Where is the fun in that. I think VMK really dropped the ball on this one and their logic of making this a practically unobtainable item, does not hold up. If it is an item that can't be traded or sold for some insane amount, then what is the benefit of making it so hard to get? The only thing I can think of is if the green car becomes an a step in a future quest which allows you to win something rare and can be traded, but I highly highly doubt that.

In the meantime all I get to do is sit in my room alone, going in circles in my green car, so that I don't come off as a show-off.

Plus at the end of the day, the Green Car stinks!!! The Yellow Truck is where it is at anyway!

TY Tink...you rock girl!

Not sure I'll make 85, but it's "fun" tryin! I'm used to lag, online gaming at gamespy, but this coupled with the days VMK is slow, makes the game almost unplayable for me at times. Will keep an eye out for you Tink, and I'm sure you can picture me running round like a madman shouting "Tink, where are you, I got 85 , only 90 seconds left....TINNNNNKKKKK!!"

I'm sure , that as others have said, it is not the car, it's the fact it is a quest, and an almost impossible one at that. I don't like to be beaten when I start on something, so that has an impact for me and I'm sure many others (the bragging rights of course comes a close second! )
