We stayed at VAKL week ending the 23rd .2 days prior to checking out when we got to our room it had a welcome surprise which consisted of the mickey footprints embroidered towel,window banner,autographbook large plush mickey and Minnie,welcome treats in a popcorn arrangement,a signed mickey photo and a shadow tinker bell.
When we got over the shock of it we realised it wasn't for us as the towel and banner had the Grace family embroidered on it. We contacted front desk who said Disney florist do it all the time as the had got the last 2 numbers mixed up they thanked us for there honesty and sent someone down straight away to take to proper room.Just hpoe they got it befor they came back from park to there suprise
Just makes me think how many people dont get what they ordered
