Our family was at California Adventures on Friday, 11/29. My husband placed his phone in the pouch in Incredicoaster and the phone flew out of the pouch during the first drop.
We would greatly appreciate if anyone is able to speak to the Incredicoaster lead and ask if the Pixar Pier games roof has been searched by maintenance.
We found out that the pouches on Incredicoaster are a known problem and guests routinely lose their items during this drop.
We talked to multiple managers and filled out the lost and found online report on 11/29.
We are not local and left the area on 11/30.
Guest services is unable to help. Their only suggestion is to wait or go to the parks.
