Are you allowed to bring sandwiches for four, snacks and water bottless into WDW, Epcot, and AK?

Yes.

There are restrictions on the size of coolers allowed and of course no glass bottles are permitted.

I would avoid juice boxes at AK, as they have plastic straws which are prohibited for the safety of the animals. We do regularly bring in small snacks and frozen water bottles with us.

That's interesting that it says that. I knew you were allowed to bring in food but I didn't know you needed to specifically point it out to them

It's probably just easier and quicker through security if you do in terms of bag checks. I don't think you'd get in trouble if you forgot to mention the sandwich in your back pocket.
