Are you able to share tickets?

Weird question.... We are heading in WDW in June of 2020 and started to look into tickets.

The price for a 1 park per day for 4 days 1900 while the 9 day pass is 2100 dollars. Are you able to share the tickets at all with another family? Are the tickets tied to a specific person? I'm sure there are people who do this and just started looking around.

Thoughts?

Tickets are nontransferable. Once they're assigned to a person, they can only be used by that person. No sharing.

How are the "assigned" to you? I'm guessing that you might lose the FP function.

Each person you're getting fastpasses for has to have an active ticket before FPs can be assigned to them. So if you have 4 people, each one needs a ticket. You chose fastpasses by person.

Thanks! Looks like they take a finger print scan one day 1. Great!

Also, if I remember correctly, on the first use into a park they scan my fingerprint and after that I have to touch my finger and scan my magic band.

You will scan your fingerprint when you first enter the park. Each subsequent visit to the park you will use that same finger (fingerprint)to enter the park. If for some reason the scanner doesn't recognize the fingerprint, there are other cast members that are called over to discuss it. You will then be advised whether you can enter the park, or If ticket is not valid.. (I am handicapped and don't have strength in my hands, so now they also scan my magic band and take my picture, that is kept on fil e and checked each time I enter a park)

There is no sharing of tickets at all. Each person in your group age 3 and up must have a valid admission to the park.
