Are we going to really Imagine during Christmas 2023 if we get the imagine key pass???

Hey guys socal resident and just got my Imagine Key pass from the recent reopening of sales for passes.

Everything looks great except that now that I'm looking at the calendar for Dec 2023 and they have now completely blocked out those dates ?? From Nov 18 until Jan 8 2024 shows not available at all

I have had the pass for many years before this and I remember we had a chance to go at least a week in December. I remember Dec 2021 imagine keys got a chance to experience some dates . I didn't go in Dec 2022 and would have imagine that they would have at least let you guys in early December. Would appreciate any feedbacks for those that went this past Dec 2022.


Now are we just going to have to imagine Christmas 2023?? Or have you guys experience in other years of them opening up those dates as we get closer ....

They did the Imagine Keys dirty for 2023.

The first season with keys they had 18 days during the holiday season (8 in November, 10 in December). 17 days during 2022 (8 in November, 9 in December). But they've been reduced to only potentially 5 days (all November) for 2023.

They haven't added any days since Keys debuted that I'm aware of. Last time I remember that happening was summer 2019 because GE wasn't drawing the crowds they hoped it would.

I noticed, I think it's harsh. One of the reasons they can get away with it is, it's no longer an 'Annual' Pass, it's a Magic Key. Sometimes you get to Unlock the Magic other times you don't. If they extend the holiday season to the 8th-9th for 2024 that gives 2 days smh
