Are we allowed to move banked points into RCI, or is this only allowed for non banked points?

Can banked points be moved into RCI?
I am trying to decide if I want to bank this years points (expire at end of November) or move them to RCI.
If once banked, they are restricted from being moved into RCI, I don't want to bank them. Otherwise, I do want to bank them and decide on Disney vs RCI next year.

Has to be at least 10, and then multiples of it. I don’t think 10 gets you anything but I don’t use RCI.
