June 27 to July 8th 2006. Why: Experience the 4th of July at WDW. We have 2 studio's booked at BWV. We are taking my wife's best friend, and her family.
We always go in the summer, because we love the summer. I know the crowd's at that time can test anyones patience, but we can handle it.

we are going in june 2006 - one week, staying at the bwv.

Myself, DW, DS (6), DD (3) and DD (who will turn 1 during our stay), DFIL, DMIL, DBIL.

We are going for three reasons... 1) DD (3) flips out every time she sees a princess / mickey / castle commercial, 2) DD(.75)'s first birthday - disney style, and 3) I flipped out during the superbowl commercials.

Hi all
Just for future booking ideas... I was wondering who is going to a DVC resort this year? When (Dates)? Where (which DVC and unit size) and Why (the main reasons you chose that particular resort)?
Our party hasn't decided when or where and are still trying to figure out why!!!
Party=Me, DH, DD9 (disabled), DD1 and possibly DGM (older) :O)

We are going Dec. 8 - Dec. 15 @ BWV in a 1 bedroom.

Why, because it will be 18 months since our last visit and we have a 2yr old that turns 3 in Jan. This way she gets in free for the last time.

Trip #1: March 28th through April 3 at SSR. It's a spur of the moment trip. After a bad day at court, I came home and made the ressies.

Trip #2: April 30 through May 5 at SSR. This trip was planned first. I'm going down to help my son return home for the summer.

We are staying Oct. 8 at OKW and BWV Oct. 9-13. We're on a waitlist for the 8th at BWV. We just like going in Oct. It's not too crowded and the weather is not as hot as the summer months. This is our first time at a DVC resort (we're renting) and we can't wait! F&W is great. We went last year and had a blast! 7 months to wait is torture.

Labor day weekend, Thursday to Monday, for a golfing vacation with friends of ours. The boys will golf, the girls will tour, shop, swim, whatever......

Yup Vero Beach 2/06 - Beach Cottage Why? Have you ever seen the Beach Cottages and have you ever been to MA in Feb? Enough said!

VB and BWV in 8/06 - Both at 2 bedrooms. Why Need the space with the Family. DW, DS and DD's x2

Labor day weekend for us too. 1-BR at VWL for our very first DVC vacation. We arrive Saturday and stay through Wednesday.

April 30 to May 6, 2006 at BCV studio. Why? We have a 2 1/2 year old and 5 month old and you never have to leave that resort if you don't want to (we will though)

October 22 to Nov 4 BCV studio...more of the same plus our familly will be there at the BCV this trip!

We are going in July for 5 days in a 1BR at OKW, 3 days in a 1BR at VB and 6 days in a Beach Cottage. Our second trip will be at OKW in a 1BR the week of Thanksgiving and the third trip actually starts Dec. 31 at OKW in a 2BR.

We always love OKW b/c the accommodations are large and require the least amt of points. Vero is a great resort to relax at and we are hooked on the Beach Cottage but it is a lot of points on Fri and Sat.

The Grand Californian August 16-19th, My brother and sister are meeting me there, They haven't seen each other in 7 years. Oh what a party it will be! I'm so happy to be able to share this with them.

They are at Disney's Vero Beach resort. The cottages (there are 6 of them ) sit somewhat in front (beachfront) of the main hotel/Inn right on the beach. They are 3 bedrooms and they're very nice ! I've never actually stayed in one, but we did tour them. You can view a map of the resort to see where the cottages are located (they are in red on the resort map link) :

Just finished booking the last day of our first trip home not even 10 mins ago!!

Taking the IL's and this is a one and only trip for them (so they say!!), ds12yo, ds6yo and dh and I. Going that time b/c of F&W and MNSSHP.

October 8 to 21 - first 5 nights at OKW - next 4 nights at BWV preferred view (for F&W) and last 4 nights at SSR (our home resort and thought we should 'try it out'

Only DVC resort we've stayed at is WL and that was the hotel part not the villa's so we want to try them all to see which ones we like the best (all I'm sure!! )
