Are tickets packaged with resort?

I am sure I have seen that people have done this, but I want to make sure I fully understand before we make our plan.

Our trip is booked for a week in sept. We were able to get super cheap flights if we fly to orlando on the friday before our schedule arrival on Saturday at WL. If we spend Friday night in one of the value resorts, we won't be able to get out tickets or anything until we check in at WL the next day right?

And, when we check in early at WL they will be able to give us all of our stuff (park passes, dining credits, etc) even if our room isn't ready?

Yes and yes. Tickets won't be available and active until Saturday. All your materials should be available early Sat even if your room is not ready.

you could change your package to start on Friday so that don't have to check in again on Sunday and you'll be able to use tickets/dining on Friday.

Did you book Free Dining? If not, call and get your reservation changed. Hard to beat eating for free!!!!!
