Are Tiana Ear Headband available in parks or Disney Springs?

I will be visiting Disney World soon and am interested in buying some new ears, specifically ones themed to Tiana. Are any being sold in the parks or Disney Springs? And if you have seen them recently, which shop(s)?

Yes, we saw them tonight at Critter Co-op near the Tiana ride. They may be other places but they are there for sure. $34.99 I believe.
