I've only been on rise once and they made you stand on color dot markers during all the pre-show stuff, are they still doing that? Or can you stand where you want in the shuttle going up to the ship?

Also are they doing the pre-show at Runaway Railway? I haven't gotten to see that yet...... TIA!

Railway pre-show was running as far back as September (with masks).

Rise they might have colored dots still for the interrogation room segment but that’s just an equivalent of other rides boarding processes (party of 2 row 1….) and not distancing

all pre shows are back have seen Mickey & Minnie in July ‘21 for the first time

There are no COVID restrictions in place anywhere in the parks save for on the monorail, which requires guests be masked to ride.

Is the plexiglass down at all the registers?
I don't remember encountering any plexiglass at the registers over the weekend, save for in the Main Street Bakery in MK. It's possible that I just neglected to notice, however, since it's become so common to see while out shopping.

The Pandemic is long over in WDW! Yes masks on buses and should be used on other transportation (skyway/monorail) but not enforced. Saw a sign burried in a corner at a cue in MK that said Social distance 6 feet apart. In front of it were people packed barely 6" apart. Cues pack people in to the max (RRC uses the cue line "fill in every inch of available space") and are more crowded than ever. In a few weeks when federal mandates on masking expire on transportation it is likely you will see no signs that a pandemic ever existed ( unless people choose to mask on their own). There were plexiglass barriers at IASW cue.
