Are they no longer sending out Castaway Club car magnets?

I apologize if this has been asked and answered, but I couldn't find it anywhere. We hit platinum back in January and never received our coveted black CC car magnet. I emailed shoreside guest services and they said they weren't able to help me. Did they stop sending those to people? I can't find them on eBay or anywhere! So bummed!

They've been somewhat random since the shutdowns. I never got my gold magnet, either, and my parents never got their silver magnet. But other users here have reported receiving their magnets and some extra gifts besides, though I think most of those reports were last fall. I haven't heard much lately.

Same here! I became Platinum in 2011, before they had the magnets (as far as I know). Then when I started seeing reports of people getting them when they hit a new level, I never got one since I wasn't reaching a new level.

OP - We got ours on the ship in 2019 - it was on our door. We are Silver. If we get one in Dec, happy to share.

We received our Platinum magnets A few years ago. No magnets before platinum and nothing since.

Off the top of my head I can recall getting Gold and Platinum magnets (2 Platinums).. Can't remember if I got a Silver one, though.

The ones I did get, I remember that they came at random times, not immediately following the qualifying cruises.

We received a silver one in 2018, but never received a gold one. We turned gold last august.

Had to toss my silver one. Took it off my car before going thru the car wash and it had melted into my paint. I was able to get the black sticky residue off, but not sure I would put another one on my car again!
