Are these vintage real 42" Mickey and Minnie's......

I found something really great but I want to know what it would be worth and if anyone is interested. I would like any help I could get in finding more about thes items. I have a 42 inch Mickey and Minnie that are the older style stuffed dolls with metal insidefor them to move, it isn't just stuffed. I have no Idea where to start! Any Help? I can't figure out how to put the picture up any help with that so you can see? TY
