Are these good places to make reservations?

It is our 180 day before mark tomorrow so time book some restaurants!!
My other half and I have narrowed down a list of several different restaurants to try however not 100% so wouldn't mind getting some peoples opinions on our list and any other restaurants on the dining plan you might recommend?!?! Thanks!! *(we are staying onsite at Disney for 14 nights) so lots of choice as we have the regular dining plan and not really a fan of character dinings!)

-Boma
-California Grill
-Ohana
-Yak and Yeti
-Breakfast at the Wave

Via Napoli is good, but it's a poor value on DDP.
