are these 2 programs worth it????

I just read about these two programs, mikespaidfor email and kitkatcash both have very high payouts ($150 for mikes and $350!!!! yes you saw right!!!) what im wondering if they pay out or is it a big waste of time

They both give you a pretty high sign up bonus (cant remember what it is though ) so I thought if they do pay out with the high sign up I could maybe cashout once!!

Anyone have any input on these
