Are there restaurants where you need more than 60+5 to comfortably book?

We got Sci Fi (at the exact time we wanted) at 60+2 yesterday.

From our experiences, hardest to get in order:
1. Space 220
2. Topolino’s breakfast
3. CRT / Oga’s (we haven’t tried CRT in a while, sorry, this is based on old experiences)
4. Cali Grill

Haven‘t had difficulty with the others on the list.

If i switched it up and did a split stay of 4-8 rather than 6-6 then would the extra two days make it pretty likely I would be able to do Space 220 and topolinos on day 8 and California grill and CRT on day 7? Or do sometimes you even need more than 60+7 and 60+8 to make these reservations?

Our +7 and +8 days would be on a Thursday and Friday.

We had no problem getting Topolino's breakfast (9:30am rez) on our 60+6. 60+5 was also available. We also got Oga's and the new Toy Story restaurant for our 60+1 with no issues. And Garden Grill at 60+2. We're going the first week in May though, so it may be just slightly slower, crowd-wise.
