Are there re-fillable Mugs at Hard Rock?

We've never stayed on WDW property, but on Christmas Eve and Christmas we splurged to stay on Universal Property at the Hard Rock!! Yeah!
I've heard about how at Disney Resorts, people by Mugs for soft drinks, and then you can go refill them for free for as long as you stay on property.
Is there anything like this when we stay at Hard Rock for 2 days?

Simple answer no but and its a big but they do refillable cups at the Unversal parks which for about $1.35 u get refills which can save quite a bit
