Are there places to fill up water bottles in the parks?

I assume the water fountains are still off limits (is that correct?) So I thought there were water bottle refill locations (or whatever they are called) are those turned on or off as well? If so, can someone list some of the places where they are at?

water fountains are open.

there are 4 water fountain areas in the hagrids queue

We saw lots of kiddos drinking from the water fountains. I don’t think there is anyway to take away water from lines that are 90+ minutes and in the Florida heat/humidity.
