Are there places to fill up water bottles at SW & Aquatica?

I assume the water fountains are still off limits (is that correct?) So I thought there were water bottle refill locations (or whatever they are called) are those turned on or off as well? If so, can someone list some of the places where they are at?

We went on Saturday and it appeared that most of the water fountains were open throughout the park. The only real exception I noted to this were the ones that were in attraction lines.
