Are there other "themes" during different times of the year?

I know during October they have a Halloween theme, and mid-November thru December they have the Merrytime cruise. Are there other holidays celebrated?

Not really. Some holidays may have some minor activities added, or special decorations (small ones, not the whole ship). This year they're doing Star Wars Day at Sea on selected Fantasy cruises, but it's not fleet-wide.

They do one-off stuff for a few other holidays. July 4th there's a patriotic show in the atrium, and the characters are in red, white and blue outfits all day. On Thanksgiving you can see some of the characters in pilgrim outfits, and there's a special dinner menu.

I know they go all out for groundhogs' day and earth day.
