Are there many rides with two seats only

How will we ride?
Our party is 2 adults, 4 kids aged 7, 3, and twin 16 month olds
Sometimes we will have two other adults that can help

If there are rides that have two seats, like TSSM can the 7 and 3 year olds ride together without an adult?

Anything I need to think through with our group size/ages?

We are a family of 5 and were able to ride everything with 3 in one car/seat (one adult, two kids).

The only rides that will not accomodate 3 are ones that the little ones can't ride (Everest and RnRollercoaster).

3 can squeze in Dumbo but it's really tight.
