We would like to get a couples massage there, but wondering where the children would go for that hour or two?
To answer your question, YES the Kids Club has an area on CC.
My DD - 10 at the time - hated the kids club/activities on CC. She said it was hot and there was no shade. It was boring and they weren't allowed on the beach/by the water. I felt bad, because she didn't sign herself out and waited until we came to get her because she wouldn't know how to find us (we didn't take the wave phones off the ship).
Hi! Yes we have Scuttle's Cove on Castaway Cay. I'm not sure about the previous poster saying something about the kids not allowed on the beach and in the water as Scuttle's is nowhere near the beach! We do have a splash area with trick fountains (which are really fun!). We run activities all day including a whale dig, a beach party and games such as capture the flag and sandcastle competitions. We also serve lunch just like on the ship. Yes it can get hot as it is a tropical island. Just to let you know that the wave phones work on Castaway so please have them with you!

That's kind of EXACTLY what i said.
By your use of "we" I assume you are a cast member.
Try not to take it personally, but perhaps, instead, consider a different perspective. My daughter practically grew up on the beach - spending every summer at Fire Island. The snarky response that "it's a tropical island" is a bit uncalled for. Instead, maybe the staff should consider offering a bit more shade to the children?
Of course, this was back in 2008, so maybe children's activities on CC have evolved since then.
Disney made it very clear that any damage to the wave phones would incur a $250 charge to the guest - I'm sure it's understandable that folks might not want risk sand and/or water damage - or possible loss- to the equipment.
All I can say is that I am happy she is older.
Bolding is used to make things noticeable - not to be confused with caps-lock , which is considered yelling. It is obnoxious to call people obnoxious and tell them to "relax" just because they don't share your point of view. OP asked a question and I answered it. It just wasn't the pixie-dust filled message some were expecting.Jeez, relax. @KT2038 has been very helpful around here. You might consider a different perspective yourself - that maybe this was just a miscommunication - and ease off on the obnoxious bolded text.

You're taking this rather personally... OP asked a question. I answered. Sorry you didn't like the answer.I really don't care what your point of view is, and I don't care about pixie dust. In fact, I agree that Scuttle's needs more shade.
I'm quite aware of what caps-lock is for, and actually, I believe what I referred to was your bolded text. Specifically, your own statement of "That's kind of EXACTLY what i said.", where you deliberately formatted in bold and - yes, now that I think about it - also used all-caps on "exactly". It was obnoxious, directed toward a person who has been very helpful to this board over an extended period of time, and who clearly just misunderstood your post.

OK so on to another question about CC. If both my husband and I want to do the CC 5K will there be any childcare during that time?
There is no nursery thought on CC right? So the babies to 3 year olds if they want child care must do so on the ship?
MJ
Last time I ran it the people with kiddos had time to drop their kids off at the childcare (Scuttles Cove) before the 5k started
