Are There DVC Yankees Fans??(update in 1st Post:Tally by Location &/or Home Resorts)

I have been a Yankee's fan since I was a kid in the 50's. I have been to all 3 versions of the Stadium. Lived through the horrible years at Shea; I have seen them succeed and fail--1960, 1963, 1964,1976, 1981, 2001, 2003--I remember them all too well. I try not to mix baseball and politics with DVC but, since you ask, this is where my baseball heart lies.We own at OKW and HH.

Glad you're here OKW neighbor !! and as far as I can tell you're the first who has posted who owns at HH !

We own at BCV & BLT. I've been a Yankees Fan all my life. My most memorable trip to Yankee Stadium was watching Tommy John pitch a no hitter!

It really was a very exciting game. Although I do wish we won last night I have to admit it's so much better winning at home

That's awesome !! Will you be going to any World Series games ? I was trying the other morning for tickets at 10 am on the dot and immediately there was a 7 minute wait so I knew I didn't have a prayer. I'm off to update with your info.

Yep! we're sad here too, we were hoping they'd be able to get the game in tonight.

They left pretty early - I think they must have been there. They were so excited to go, they did not care and knew it would most likely be postponed. They will be there tomorrow night. I think they just got the tickets today. They came back (one drove and dropped one off w/his girlfriend). Only one came in two seconds and ran right back out. I was on the phone and did not get a chance to ask if they had gotten to the stadium.
