Yeah that game was a heartbreaker. Too bad Gardner got caught stealing a base. If he was safe, we would have won that game since Jorge hit a homerun right afterwards. Can't win them all. Wish I had the chance to go to the stadium yesterday.

Ugh! I know! And Brett's a pretty good runner too! We would have won (hopefully) instead of tying. Oh well--Shoulda, coulda, woulda.

Another Yankee Household here!!!. We have gone to many many games. Even went in July to Anaheim to see the Yankees play out there. They need a BIG game from CC tonight.

Yes that was refreshing for a change. Weird calls last night. That 3rd base umpire needs to be replaced or wake up.

What a game by CC last night! Looks like it's shaping up to be a Yankee v. Phillies world series.

It looks that way. Will be a great series. If this happens, gotta get ready for the mulititude of traffic, cop cars, blimps and helicopters and a few jets flying overhead.

I've been a Yankee fan since the early to mid fifty's. Have watched many games from the old Yankee stadium and attended many world series games. I have to say that I was spoiled as a kid growing up in the 50's because it was a given that every year I was going to go to Yankee stadium with my dad to a world series game. When LA beat the Red Sox this year I was very happy since the Yanks weren't going to face the Red Sox and I just love it when the Red Sox loose anytime. But when reality hit, I was really worried about that good hitting team in LA. Thank goodness that good pitching always beats good hitting and the Yanks pitching has shut down LA so far. I have to admit it though that also with A-Rod finally realaxing at the plate has helped also.

Although I am a die hard Yankee fan, I have to admit it that the Swisher incident shouldn't have happened in the first place. LA was robbed just before it. Swisher was picked off at second base so everything evened up.

I have been a Yankee's fan since I was a kid in the 50's. I have been to all 3 versions of the Stadium. Lived through the horrible years at Shea; I have seen them succeed and fail--1960, 1963, 1964,1976, 1981, 2001, 2003--I remember them all too well. I try not to mix baseball and politics with DVC but, since you ask, this is where my baseball heart lies.We own at OKW and HH.

We own at BCV & BLT. I've been a Yankees Fan all my life. My most memorable trip to Yankee Stadium was watching Tommy John pitch a no hitter!
