Yes - the route is:

Epcot - Boardwalk - YC/BC - S/D - DHS - S/D - YC/BC - Boardwalk - Epcot

I don't think I quite understand your question, but I wanted to point out that there is no bus transportation from the BW resorts, only boat transportation.

Walking is also an option.

There are buses to MK, AK, DTD, TL and BB from the Epcot area resorts (Beach Club, Yacht Club, Boardwalk, Swan and Dolphin). But to get to Epcot or DHS you have to walk or take the boat.
