The title basically says it all. if i have a reservation for 3 people and only two show up do we get charged extra?
Code:

They won't charge you for the third person unless it was a reservation you had to pay for in advance and even then they might refund you for the person who didn't show up. That's my best guess but I am no ADR expert by any means. Just from what I have read on the restaurant threads and the dining plan threads. You could probably ask over there and get more answers.

Narcoosees should be fine. The issue comes in for an ADR you've prepaid for (CRT etc). Most other places don't care.

Some places do require a credit card note to ensure your reservation.

If you don´t show up AT ALL they will charge you 40 $.
Never heared that they charge you anything if one person is missing (could be ill or something...)

I don't think unless you have to give your CC, but why wouldn't you cancel the extra person reservation instead of posting the question here?

Many times, if you cancel a reservation for 3, it will not necessarily mean you will instantly (if at ALL) be able to get a reservation for 2. Tables for 2 or 3 generally seem to be hard to come by anyway.

Not at Narcoosees. If you go to a place where you had to give a credit card to hold the reservation, it's possible they'll charge the no show fee for the person who didn't show up. Have heard of that happening.

Akershus will. I was ill the morning we were supposed to go, but sent the rest of my party on. We were charged the no show fee, for one person. I assumed that as long as our party showed up, we wouldn't be charged, but we were. It wasn't $40.00 though. I think it was like $10.00 or maybe $20.00.

We showed up to CRT one short once and I just assumed we were out the cost, so I didn't even ask. I was really surprised when our server brought us a Disney gift card equal to that amount.

So it seems to vary depending on the circumstance. But if you never gave them a CC, you should be fine.
