Are there any other options at BBB other than dresses!My DD4 is a tom boy!!

Does anyone know if BBB do other costumes other than dresses-eg pirates,characters? It is my daughters 5th birthday whilst we are there in august and she doesn't like pretty dresses(much to my disapointment!)
We are leaving on the 9th august so the princess and pirate party won't have started.
180 odd dollars is a lot to pay if she is not going to be happy

They do have a pirate dress that was cute. They also have a Minnie Dress for the YoaMD that is blue and it has fiber optics in the skirt.

You don't have to get the dress - my dd is doing just the hairdoo as she isn't into the princesses right now either. She is just going dress up a little in an outfit she picked out for the occasion.

We were at DTD this Christmas and there were just as many girls at BBB without the princess costume as with them. Casual observation was that the girls in the 6-9o range were loving the hairdoo idea but not so much the princess gowns.

My DD7 is not into princesses or dressing up in general. She wore a Stitch t-shirt and got the Disney Diva style. She looked great!

In case you didn't know - there are three packages to choose from. The first is hair and makeup for $35. The second is hair, makeup and nails for $45. The last includes the costume as well as hair, makeup, nails and accessories. I think it is $175 or $180.

We did the middle package, but next time we would skip the nails. They do one coat of polish, although the girls do get to take the bottle home (and it has a princess crown on the top of it). Cute, but not worth $10. The hair and makeup were absolutely worth it!
