Are There Any Nice Resturants Local To Indian Creek

Hi

We have not stayed in this area before and we are not travelling till October, but I am so excited all the planning has already started.

Are there any nice local resturants to eat? Are there any within walking distance? If not both of us will be insured on the car. It maybe nice to have a walk around in the evening. Thats if I dont come across an alligator on our travels

Hi,

Firstly there are none within walking distance I am afraid, you will have to drive everywhere - normally the case at all villa locations not just Indian Creek.

At the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza there are a few restaurants, must admit we only go to the Outback steakhouse which we really like , they do take out too.
It will take less than 5 minutes from your villa to reach the junction of the 192, and the FG plaza, then you are within easy reach of restaurants and a Publix a mile or so up the road.
You are at IC closer to these facilities than most developments, if you stayed for example on Poinciana Boulevard it would take 10-15 minutes to reach the 192 junction.

There are the usual McDonalds, KFC (near Old Town) - actually quite like it much better than in the UK, there is a Chick-fil-a restaurant just near the Publix (fast food type but superior to McDonald's etc) , there is a Red Lobster nearby, Ponderosa too (not as good as the one on south I-drive, actually would recommend you avoid this one to be honest)...sorry that's about it really I am sure there will be the likes of Denny's and Sizzler etc but I can only comment on the one's I have been in.

I have never stayed at Indian Creek but as Johnny says, there are a lot of dining opportunities on the nearby 192
