DH and I are taking DS and his new girlfriend to see Thor tomorrow night. I was thinking ahead and remembered that AAA used to offer discounted movie passes... but the only thing I see now is some sort of Fandango gc that you can buy at a discount....but it must be used for an online ticket purchase and our nearest Cinemagic doesn't have online ticketing.

Any chance of finding any kind of discount/coupon/deal? We also may be visiting a Cinemagic while in MA over the T.giving holiday weekend. I'm going to look into whether or not that Cinemagic can do online ticketing and perhaps I will buy the AAA Fandango thing for that.

TIA.........................P

I never see them anymore. This is pretty much why I only go to afternoon matinees to get that price.

(or, now that my daughter works at the theater, go with her so it's free. (It's a benefit of her job.))

try checking in with your employer (or your significant other's). my company offers gold passes which have no date restrictions for $8 for some theater chains and $7 for others. i normally load up every 4 months and they last us a while. The theater by me is normally $13 or $9 for the first showing of the day. so it's a savings no matter which showing i go to.

good luck. i thought someone posted that maybe Costco has a pack with a discount attached?
