Are there any more Lourdes fans out there?

We are currently on the Magic and have had the pleasure of Lourdes as our server in the Cove Cafe all this week. She is so nice to chat to and goes out of her way to be helpful. I was just wondering if anyone else had been fortunate enough to come across her on a recent cruise.

Hi: Please tell Lourdes we (Dave and Jan; although Lourdes called me Janet) said hi. She would often tell me that I smile a lot. We were on the 9/18/04 Magic (the cruise that ended late Friday night because of Hurricane Jeanne). She made our week so special. Jan

We are BIG fans of hers!!!! Tell her that "Theresa" said Hi! She told me her sister's name is Theresa, maybe she'll remember me by that. LOL We were on the 10-night Hurricane Frances cruise!!! Each afternoon, she made the BEST frozen or iced (whichever DH and I were in the mood for) decaf caramal coffees for us!! She added something extra and special to our cruise, and I am really hoping that she will still be in the Cove Cafe when we cruise DCL again in 2006
P.S. I wrote Lourdes' name on the comment card at the end of our cruise. I have a feeling that she's been getting a lot of good comments, and I hope her bosses and supervisors take note of that and give her a raise

P.P.S. If you are signing onto the internet from the Cove Cafe, maybe you can show Lourdes this thread, especially since it has our picture in it, that would help her to remember who we are

Lourdes was incredible when we were on the ship in January. She (and Joval) introduced us to the Coconut Java when she was at the bar at the Goofy Pool. She was great and was very excited and told us all about the cast of According to Jim coming aboard. She was hoping to get on tv. She was great fun and very personable. Glad to hear she is still doing a great job.

Lourdes was great on the shortened 9/27 magic cruise....she made me a great chai latte that was not on the menu!!!

I nearly lived in the Cove Cafe on our cruises....in those 12 days, Prince was there ALL THE TIME! Who is Lourdes???? (By the way, we loved Prince! He kept better track of my DH than I did!)

Lourdes would be the gal that has been working in the Cove Cafe. If memory serves me correctly (but, it does often fail) she's from the Phillipines, little over five foot tall, and extremely friendly and nice.

I have a tendancy to talk too much and got to know her well during our last cruise.
