Why are you considering moving for the last night? Why not just stay in the original rooms? Sounds like a huge hassle to pack everything up and move for one night, to me.
Everyone else in my group is trying not to spend any more money. They already think Disney is overpriced and just don't understand my family's love for it. BUT most of them have never even been there before so they really can't say whether it's overpriced or not until they experience it for themselves. So I was trying to compromise and us all share the villa so they wouldn't be out as much money as staying at WL another night, even though it would be a hassle like you said! So in the end, none of them decided to stay the extra day, but my family is and I booked an extra night at WL. Their loss!!
One more thing...you can book up to 9 people in a SSR 2BR villa IF you are staying on DVC points. Otherwise they only sleep 8 for cash reservations thru CRO. There are only enough beds for 8 people (1 King, 2 queen + 1 queen sleeper sofa or 1 King, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 double sleeper sofa). Members who bring a 9th person have to supply their own bed (i.e. cot, air mattress, sleep on the floor, cram into a bed with 2 others).
