Are there any hand scooped ice cream at the food courts?

I went to Contempo Cafe and All Star music and they only had soft serve.

Hmm, I can't think of any at food courts. Outside the park, beaches and cream, ghirardelli, and one other at Boardwalk.

But I'm sure others on the board can help.

I was just looking at the POFQ food court menu and it had hand dipped ice cream on there.

ETA...it is so weird you just made this topic because when I read that on the menu, I was wondering why they had to point out that it was hand dipped! And here you gave me the answer!

The Fountain at the Dolphin has hand scooped ice cream. In fact, I just had 3 scoops of minty chip ice cream with hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream and chopped peanuts.

Not technically a part of BWI but within the "complex" is Ample Hills, best (scooped) ice cream on property.

All star sports and movies do as of Sept. 2018. I'm pretty sure Port Orleans - both do as well. I know it sounds ridiculous, but we've booked resorts based on this in the past lol.

If you say so, you're probably right. I haven't stayed there since 2016 and it was regular ice cream then.

As a PP mentioned, All Star Sports....and one of my favorite desserts there is custom made huge ice cream cookie sandwich.
