Are there any good deals out there for National in August ?

We have tried and tried and tried....our National rate for August stays the same or goes up a bit. We have maybe 3-4 coupons..but none of them are accepted. We are 2 weeks out now from our trip an the prices are not coming down....

a few examples of the codes im using are;
5760333; 5004625; 5125601; 5066944...etc

Nothing to get excited about.

Our dates that we will need a car are august 12th-8pm to August 19th-330pm and drop off at Swan/Dolphin.

Is anyone having any luck ? We would prefer National but at this point, beggars for a great price cant be chosers.

For which company ? This is not a national code.

It's a National/Enterprise (works for both) code belonging to Car and Driver Magazine.

Your problem is that your aren't picking up and dropping off at the airport. The base rate for a week starting this Tuesday is $132 before taxes and fees. If you pick up and drop off at the Swan the base rate is $250. Typically you pay more off airport. Sometimes you get lucky. If you can get your car at the airport you will save.
