I'm kind of in the minority here... I've eaten many different organ meat and do like some of them. I'm a true carnivore. I've eaten just about every kind of meat out there and liked it.
The one thing that I could never eat is liver, gizzards and chicken necks. My MIL makes her stuffing with chopped up bits of liver and gizzards - you can't see them in the stuffing - but the minute I bite into it, I can taste the bitterness. Yuck!
Other than that, anything is fair game to me... I will try anything once.
Heck... I figure I've eaten bat before, so what could be worse than bat stew??? (btw... this is a delicacy where my dad grew up!)
