Yes they have discounts for both. AAA also offers discounts for both.

I don't know where you live but you just in case you don't live in Florida, you can not get someone who lives in Florida to buy tickets for someone that doesn't. Disney is pretty strict on that one. But if you do live in Florida, AAA seems to be best place place for tics.
