I mean things like the Polynesian Luau or the Hoop De Doo Revue at Disney World. Are there any actual dinner shows? What about at the hotels? Or very nearby offsite?

Just wondering about options for dinner shows.

I know about the dining packages for WOC and Fantasmic.

Medieval Times and the pirate one are basically next door to each other, and the ART bus goes there. We're looking at doing one of those next year.

Sadly, since Big Thunder Ranch BBQ was closed, there is nothing like a dinner & show at the parks. There is the WoC Dessert Party, which is great, but it’s not dinner (although you do get a lot on your plate!)

Not exactly "dinner and a show," but The Jazz Kitchen in DTD has live music nightly with dinner. Can't really think of anything else in the parks or DTD right now that would fit the bill for the OP.
ETA: If live music with a meal will suffice, then there are options for that in both parks. In DL: the ragtime pianist at Refreshment Corner (Main Street), The Royal Street Bachelors at the French Market (NOS), Dance Party/Band at Galactic Grill (TL). In DCA: Five & Dime at Carthay Circle Fountain (tables are outside FF&P/Starbucks), Mariachi Divas at Pacific Wharf or Paradise Gardens; any other band at Paradise Gardens.

Again, not exactly what you're talking about but you can dine outdoors at Trader Sam's at certain times and listen to the live band that performs island music.
