I can get through to Disney Signature Service and they can tell me that they are not open yet but the other phone lines I can't get through.

Ok after trying repeatedly I got through and after announcing they are experiencing technical difficulties I am on hold. They said it would be a 2 minute hold but I am at 9 minutes.
