Are the THV Sold Out?

Since the final Tree House Villas were declared back in September (and sales were brisk in the following months), I was wondering if the mighty statisticians know whether SSR can now be finally declared as "Sold Out"?

If not, how close are they?

Disney increased the THV point requirements to stay there so I'm guessing that they are sold out or really close. Funny that things change after they sell out.
