Are the rooms rack prices with the free dinning?

This might be a stupid question. Is it full price for the room with the free dinning deal?

yes, you pay full price for the room with the free dining pkg.

We paid Value season Rate because we are staying
during Value Season.
We are staying at a MOD Resort and are paying $145.00 a night.
This is the cheapest time of year to stay because of saw
peak season was up to $185.00 (I don't think I would be willing
to pay that much for a MOD).
Plus with FD there is no extra expense for Food.
We are saving a lot this year.
