Are the restaurants open later than park?

On a day where DHS closes at 7pm I can get a reservation for Sci-Fi for 7:25pm. Do restaurants usually stay open later or is this a mistake?

We had an ADR at 50's Prime Time (in DHS) 30 mins after the park closed. It was REALLY nice to fully enjoy the park & leisurely walk to the restaurant for dinner.

Thanks for the info. That would be nice not to have to rush and lose park time to eat dinner.

No prob! I forgot to mention this, but we also didn't have any problems catching a bus back to our Disney resort after dinner. Have an awesome trip!
