Are the new AP rates released a percentage off the room rate OR

is it just a fixed dollar amount off? I'm confused since the amounts listed cover both value and regular season. I'm trying to 'guesstimate' how much we might save in December at the GF (value season).

In MGM, across from the ABC Commisary. There was a little spot set up to look like the outside of the Monsters Inc. factory with a tiny sign saying what time characters were there for photo ops. We lucked out that we were walking by about 5 minutes before and were the first in line! The line got kind of crazy once people realized who was there. And Mike and Sully can only pose for shots--no autographs.
