Are the Mansions at POR 2 or 3 stories?

I am getting ready to fax in my building request but I was not sure if the Mansions have 2 or 3 stories. I would like to be on the top floor. Parterre Place seems in a good area, or even Oak Manor (which I know is smoking optional).
Can some one help me?

I have stayed in them twice, and think they are all two.

Best spot I found for that many pictures of the mansions.

Here is thread about PO. Some of the mansions are 3 story. You can always find this thread inside the resorts thread at the top of the resorts board.

The mansions are 3 stories in the center and 2 stories in the wings. The 3 story sections have elevators.

I was confused by the pictures because some looked as though there were 3 stories and then others only 2 stories. Your explanation makes sense.
