Are the local Sweet Tomatoes still open?

Sweet Tomatoes has started closing some of their locations as they reorganize in bankruptcy. I know they closed sites in the Chicago area and in Jacksonville but I haven't been able to find any mention of the ones in Kissimmee. Does anyone know if any of those have been affected?

I just ate at the Lake Buena Vista one today,I heard they're just closing under performing stores so I hope the LBV at least sticks around.But since that was the same story I heard about Sports Authority and then they all got shuttered anywayd I would expect anything.

I read that they're closing about 30 locations. Of course, that assumes that they're able to fix their debt issues and salvage the other locations. I hope so as it's been a favorite of ours for years.

We used to love Sweet Tomatoes. But after the last couple of visits we have stopped going. We got so sick with a cold when eating there before a cruise. The second half of the cruise was not fun. I suppose we could have caught it elsehwere, but both my wife and I got sick at the same time. It simply isn't worth it any more. We don't want any more trips ruined feeling like crap.

Sorry you both got sick! Viruses are everywhere. It's possible that you may have caught a cold at Sweet Tomatoes but it's also just as likely you caught it somewhere else.

The last couple of visits to Sweet Tomatoes, we had definitely noticed changes that I'm sure were cost cutting moves. There were only half as many items on the salad bar. It used to be 2 bins deep and is now only 1 row. And they didn't have brownies at the dessert station anymore. My favorite part was making a brownie sundae. We still felt it was a good value, though, but not as good as it used to be.
