Are the Jurassic Kid's Suites Club Level?

Starting to plan our first trip to US/IOU. DD is a huge Harry Potter fan and we are very excited to try something new. We are considering a kids suite. Are they on the club level?

Unless it's changed, you can add club to any room--in advance or upon check-in.
