Are the Garden Suites at the Boardwalk Inn the same rate as a villa?

On the points calculator, I do not see the garden suites listed. We have 4 adults so I think the garden suite would accommodate us. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

DVC members cannot make point reservations at BWI, WL or BC. Any resort that is combined with a DVC resort is excluded as an option using DVC points.

Just to clarify a bit...

The Boardwalk Resort is split into two parts. The Boardwalk Inn, which is run as a regular hotel, and the Boardwalk Villas, which is a Disney Vacation Club Resort. DVC members are not able to book rooms at the Boardwalk Inn, only the Villas. This holds true at other DVC resorts that share property/amenities with non-DVC resorts (Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge).

At the Boardwalk Villas your choices are a Studio (standard, very nice hotel room w/kitchenette), a 1 Bedroom (king bed in bedroom, pullout sofabed in living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub) and a 2 Bedroom (a studio and 1BR combined). The studios and 1BRs have an occupancy limit of 4 while the 2BRs will accomodate 8 guests.

Hope that helps.

I think the garden suites at BWI will accomodate 4. However, they are along the lines of a "honeymoon" suite in that they are in a romantic setting.

Pricewise, rack rates during Regular Season 2003 breakdown like this:

BWI Garden Suite - $600
BWV Studio -- $329
BWV 1 Bedroom - $435
BWV 2 Bedroom -- $705
